The service
A report-writing workspace for engineering practices: capture, AI-assisted drafting, review, and branded document export. The free trial runs for a limited period and includes a limited number of AI report drafts; after it ends your data remains viewable and exportable while creating new reports and AI drafting require an active plan.
Your responsibility
AI drafts are a starting point, not an engineering opinion. Every report must be reviewed, corrected and approved by a qualified engineer before issue — the product's signing gate exists for exactly that reason. You are responsible for the professional content of documents you issue.
Acceptable use
One workspace per practice, real signup details, no attempts to access other organisations' data, no abuse of the AI drafting allowance. We may suspend workspaces that act against these terms.
Availability & data
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is during the trial period. Your reports are yours; export them at any time. We keep backups for disaster recovery.
