What we store

Your account details (name, email, practice name), the reports you write, the photos and files you upload, and the branding you configure. Reports and photos are stored in your organisation's isolated workspace and are only accessible to signed-in members of your organisation.

AI processing

When you request an AI draft, the report's notes and selected photos are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the draft text. Dictation audio is transcribed via a speech-to-text API. These providers process the data to return the result; they are not permitted to use API data to train models.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't mine your reports, and we don't contact your clients. Builder portal links you create expose only the specific rectification items you share, over an expiring tokenised link.

Retention & export

Your reports remain exportable (HTML and Word) at all times, including after a trial ends. Ask us to delete your workspace and we will remove the organisation, its users, reports and uploads.
