- Who owns the reports, and can I export them?
- Your practice retains its rights in the material it uploads and the reports it creates. Reports can be exported as branded Word documents, and your existing work remains reachable after the trial.
- Does AI replace the engineer's judgement?
- No. AI prepares a draft from the evidence and notes you provide. A qualified engineer must review, edit and approve the report before it is signed or issued.
- How is one practice's data kept separate from another's?
- Each practice has its own organisation-scoped workspace. Access checks confine reports, photos and branding to that organisation; any external builder access uses a deliberately created, revocable link.
